Select a window

  1. Open the application you want to show and leave its window available.
  2. In Screengaze preparation, choose window mode and select the target.
  3. Configure audio sources separately. Recording a window does not automatically mean only that application's audio is captured.

During the take

Capture follows the window as it moves or resizes and adjusts cursor coordinates. Hiding the window pauses capture. Closing it makes the app attempt to preserve the partial recording.

Use a consistent size

Recording settings include custom and saved window sizes. Resizing another app requires Accessibility access. Check the result before starting: some windows may enforce their own minimum dimensions.

Control names in quotation marks match the current Spanish app interface; English explanations describe the same controls.
